For almost thirty-five years, Tateossian London has taken each customer on an extraordinary journey of discovery with their curiously-crafted jewellery. Set to premiere at Pitti Uomo AW25,
their new collection entitled “Legacy and Latitude” celebrates Tateossian’s proud heritage of groundbreaking design.
A source of the unseen, rare Bryozoan fossilised coral from around 500 million years ago feature in twenty-five one-of-a-kind necklaces and complementing bracelets. Renowned for sourcing one-of-a-kind rare and exquisite stones, the collection highlights the best of unconventional and otherworldly materials. Introducing the limited-edition “Swivelling Meteorites” cufflinks, bearing fragments of brown or grey Stony-iron meteorites that landed on Earth around 10-20 million years ago. Featuring slices of pallasite with Olivine fragments from a fall in Kenya, and grey meteorite pieces with a wittstaten pattern from a fall in Sweden, both cufflinks have been finished with a faceted round crystal cabochon of rock crystal to enhance the reflection and colour. Inspired by the planets and surface of the moon, the stones swivel in a frame with multiple rings for Tateossian’s signature dynamic movement.
Bearing authentic yellow Venetian-produced French Cross beads from the late 19th century,
the “French Cross Chain” bracelet carries historical significance due to their popularity as
a valuable trade commodity throughout Europe and Africa, and as an important symbol of status and wealth. Limited to 100 bracelets, the unique signs of aging and evidence of their
extraordinary journey across the world is Tateossian discovery at its finest. Designed to create a legacy on any wrist, the “Legacy” cufflinks bear one-of-a-kind stones of Sky Plume Agate, Limonite in Quartz, and Red Lepidocrocite, with each limited to only three or six pairs in existence.
